Job Title: Bylaw Enforcement Officer
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve complaints related to land use, zoning, restrictive covenants, and other regulatory issues.
  • Enforce bylaws and regulations within the community.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of relevant courses related to bylaw enforcement.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in investigation and/or law enforcement (preferably in a local government environment).
  • Valid driver’s license.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with an option for a flexible schedule)

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
